AS4152 is the autonomous system number (ASN) announced by USDA-1. It announces 1,736 prefixes, 2,314,752 IPv4 addresses in total. Every address inside those ranges is routed by this operator, which is what makes the number the shortest answer to who runs a given address.

What AS4152 means for detection
Registry data does not say what kind of network USDA-1 runs, and this page will not guess. Ownership alone cannot settle it: the name is the only clue an ASN carries about purpose, and this one carries none.
