Every metered call takes from one monthly allowance, whichever product makes it. A visitor checked by the WordPress plugin, Cloudflare Worker or a proxy integration costs 2 requests, and repeat visits within 10 minutes are free. A visitor on a gated form costs 1. An API lookup or an email check costs 1, and a bulk list costs 1 per IP. Reading your traffic log, evidence and history costs nothing. The count resets every month on your signup date.
Nothing is billed: there are no overage charges. The API answers 429 and says which limit you hit (the hourly cap, the daily cap on Free, or the monthly allowance) and when it resets. Your sites stay open. The plugin, Worker and proxies let visitors through unchecked until the allowance resets or you upgrade.
Monitor mode checks every visitor and logs what your policy would have blocked, without stopping anyone. Block mode stops them. Sites on Free run in monitor mode, and blocking starts on Starter. New accounts get 7 days of Starter, blocking included, from their first API call or site check.
Yes. All your sites and API keys share one allowance. The plan sets how many sites you can add: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro, and as many as you like on Business and Enterprise.
The free trial is Starter, not Business: 7 days of Starter features on a new account. To try Business, buy it. If it is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days and we refund the unused part of the billing period.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time and the change is prorated automatically. There are no long-term contracts on self-serve plans, and you can cancel from the billing portal.
You can request a refund within 7 days of a charge. Refunds are pro-rated on the unused part of the billing period. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Yes, on Business: 99.8% monthly API uptime, with service credits of up to 30% of the month's fee if we miss it. Enterprise gets a custom SLA. Free, Starter and Pro have no SLA. The full terms are on our Service Level Agreement page.
