2. API Rate Limits

Your access is subject to rate limits according to your subscription tier. Automated scraping, abuse, or bypassing of these limits may result in immediate suspension or termination.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activity, including but not limited to surveillance without consent, harassment, spam generation, or any activity that violates privacy rights or applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur at any time without notice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion for any reason, including misuse or violation of these terms.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a proven system-wide failure that prevents access to paid features for a period exceeding 48 consecutive hours. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet this criterion.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. In no event shall IPScanner.io, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPScanner.io, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance.
